ON TONIGHT'S MENU
If the dining room is the heart of the retirement residence, what happens there, both nutritionally and socially, will say a great deal about the health and happiness of the residents. Dialogue+ welcomes your article suggestions on any aspects of the dining room experience. For example: What are the signs of a well-run kitchen? What to look for in
a chef? What should every good food server know? How big should the menu be? Designing a dining room that attracts new clients and keeps the current residents.
Keep your suggestion short and try to restrict it to one issue rather than try to cover all.
Let us know about new projects in other areas of the retirement residence sector: health, programming, marketing, environmentally friendly buildings, staffing, developments.
Send us news of innovation or achievement from your residence or company.
Article proposal deadline for our next issue is: June 16, 2010

Submission
Send us a brief summary of your proposed article with a paragraph of background on your expertise and your writing experience, to let us know why you are interested in this topic. Please include your name, position, daytime phone number and e-mail address.
